About Tetley
He was born in April 2022 and is quite a tall boy measuring 69 cms from the ground to the top of his head and he currently weighs about 20 kg. He is a lovely boy who enjoys playing so another dog in the home would be good. He’s great with other dogs and cats and is never confrontational – he would rather run away from a dog who is not friendly with him. He will make a great addition to an active family. In July 2024 he spent two days in the home of a volunteer just to see how he coped. Of course, he will need some time to adjust to family life, but he did remarkably well. The family had children, other dogs and cats and he caused no problem whatsoever and he enjoyed the attention. We were really proud of him.
We would love to find him a home as, since a pup, he has had 3 people very keen to adopt him but, in each case (through no fault of his own) they cancelled at the last minute. It’s sad because he will make a great family dog and is constantly overlooked
